My research is focused on different topics dealing with the evolution of volcanic and rift systems. I addressed with colleagues the problem of deformation processes experienced by volcanic edifices, the eruptive dynamics of Piton de la Fournaise through time, the magma path at depth and the evolution of rift systems with a special focus on the East African Rift System.
